Instructions

Preparation

1 Open the window so that when you are working with nail polish and glue, you'll have adequate ventilation. Arrange gumball jewellery in varying patterns over the phone case. Decide what looks best. Draw a rough sketch of how you want your cellphone case to look.

2 Apply glue to the spot where you want to affix the first piece of gumball jewellery and gently fasten it to the case. Repeat this step for the remaining pieces of jewellery.

3 Add a tiny speck of glue to each spot where you want to apply a rhinestone. Use tweezers to pick up each rhinestone and neatly but firmly glue it in place. Don't be afraid to deviate from your original design idea if the mood strikes you. Be creative.

4 Wait until your phone case dries. Most super glues dry instantly, but brands differ, so be sure that your jewellery and rhinestones are securely attached before you paint them with nail polish. Lightly brush the glitter solution over the jewellery on your cellphone cover. Lay the phone case in front of a fan to for quicker drying. When the nail polish is thoroughly dry, your phone case will sparkle and bling.

Tips and warnings

If you glue a rhinestone or piece of gumball jewel in the wrong place, quickly remove it and wipe away the super glue residue with a warm, damp, soapy cloth.
