Instructions

1 Mix the Rice Crispy treats according to your recipe. The recipe on the website says to melt 3 tbsp of butter. Then add a 284gr. package of marshmallows and stir them as they melt. Finally pour in 6 cups of Rice Crispies and stir until all of the ingredients are well mixed.

2 Spray cookie cutters of various shapes and sizes with non-stick cooking spray. Place the cookie cutters on a clean, flat serving tray.

3 Spoon the Rice Crispy treats from the pot into the cookie cutters. Fill each cutter and slide a blunt knife over the top of the cutter to remove excess ingredients.

4 Allow the treats to cool for about 30 minutes.

5 Apply gentle pressure evenly across the tops of the cookie cutters with your fingers. This will cause the treats to slide out onto the tray.

6 Eat the treats right away, or cover them with cling film and eat them later in the day. You can keep these treats for several days, but they are freshest on the first day.

Tips and warnings

Butter your spoon and knife before transferring the treats from the pot to the cookie cutters. This will help to prevent sticking.
