The BlackBerry Curve 8330 is the Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) version of the Reasearch In Motion (RIM) smart phone. In the United States, the BlackBerry Curve 8330 was sold for use on Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, MetroPCS, Alltel and Boost Mobile. This phone is a legacy mobile phone that is no longer manufactured or sold for use in the United States. Cellular phones including the BlackBerry Curve 8330 are normally sold with a carrier lock meaning you cannot use the mobile phone on another carrier's network unless a roaming agreement is in place. It is possible, however, to unlock this phone so that you can use the device on another CDMA cellular service provider's network.
